SHIPPING POLICY
I don't cut corners when packing and shipping artwork to clients. To ensure the art arrives intact, I personally pack the product. Shipping costs vary considerably based on size, weight and destination. For these reasons, I provide packing and shipping costs to my clients after they decide to purchase a piece. When you are ready to purchase one of my works of art, or if you want a shipping estimate or additional photos, please contact me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Packing and shipping artwork is not easy or cheap, and for this reason, all sales are final. Please contact Leo if you want additional photos, videos or dimensions prior to making your decision to purchase.

Dimensions are approximate. Due to the nature of hand-made work, actual dimensions can vary and can easily be within 1/4" of the listed dimensions.

Glazes (colors) are custom mixed and individually applied to each piece, which is linked to the beauty of custom artwork, but does result in minor color and pattern variation between pieces. Also, every effort is made to post pictures that are as close to actual colors/patterns as possible. If you have concerns about precise colors or patterns before purchasing, ask for more pictures or videos.

Products used for food are dishwasher, microwave and food safe. Not recommended for stove or oven.

All shipped work is ensured, so if the work arrives damaged, the buyer needs to contact the shipping company for reimbursement.
